Dr. Andre Kulisz is available for personal consultations regarding health maintenance and incontinence.
There is a US$45.00 charge for a 15-minute consultation (in the US and Canada only*)
For best results, please prepare a list of questions or a short description of the case that you would like to discuss. Please state the preferred time to call in your email. We will try to schedule the call within 30 minutes of your requested time. Limited evening and weekend appointments are available.
To set up a telephone consultation please have at least two dates available (we may not be exactly available on your most preferred date/time but will try) and your credit card ready when you call 830-510-2414
Should you have any problems setting up an appointment send email with a statement APPOINTMENT FAILURE in the subject line. We will attend to it immediately.
